I don't recall the date, however i think they once opened a show with the reprise of PITB because they never finished the song in the second set of the night before.

there was a Sunday show that opened with One More Satuday Night... Bob announced we forgot to play this one last nite.....in the 80s! or not!!

It's also referenced in Conversations with the Dead. Gans is interviewing Phil and says something about Phil looking really upset when Jerry starts Wharf Rat -- apparently he shouted out "what the fuck are you doing?" or something like that. I guess he was really into the jam before it? I can't tell what happened from listening to it. Maybe someone else can.
